People are disseminated throughout the globe so we are able to see different tribes of people throughout the globe. Among such group of people, Americans are the ones who could be spotted at different nooks and corners of the world either for entertainment or work-related purpose. 

The Americans have their own way of speaking, interacting with people and admiring socio-cultural norms which makes them distinct from the rest of the people around the world. Here, are few of such traits that would help to distinguish an American from rest of the world. 

The American Accent is one of the most recognizable features of an American. The timbre of their voice resonating in people’s ears helps the Americans to be distinguished from rest of the world. Moreover, Americans tend to have a louder tone so regardless of whether it's an issue of everyday conversational volume, or yelling over a space to stand out enough to be noticed, Americans have nailed this with their volume. 

The white shorts are particularly referred to as ‘The American Style’ of travelling. Most of them prefer while shorts over others. So, if you see at traveller with white shorts-the person may be an American! 

One of the major traits that I have noticed in Americans is that they clap quite often-almost at everything even when the plan is landed successfully after a bumpy flight.

Furthermore, if you see people eat while walking then you could assume them to be Americans as most countries in Asia or Europe think its weird and an uncivilized act to eat while walking whereas the Americans don’t. Tipping waiters is another trait of the Americans. They believe it to be an act of gratitude.
